The Zurich Resource Model®

The Zurich Resource Model ZRM® is a scientifically based self-management training programme developed at the University of Zurich by Dr Maja Storch and Dr Frank Krause. It combines the latest findings from psychology and neuroscience with tried and tested methods that are relevant to everyday life – and works cognitively, emotionally and physically.

ZRM® is particularly suitable for strengthening one’s own resilience. This is the ability to remain able to act in stressful situations, to deal with stress more calmly, to differentiate better and to remain clear and internally stable in uncertain times.

As a certified ZRM® Coach and ZRM® Trainer, I support people in developing sustainable goals that truly come from within – and in implementing them in their daily lives.

For whom is ZRM® suitable?

Explore ZRM®-in a group or 1:1 setting

ZRM® basic course (2.5 days)

In a small, protected group, you will discover in a creative and relaxed way what is really important to you professionally or personally – and how you can develop goals that motivate you from within.

You will learn how to implement these goals in your everyday life – playfully, sustainably and without pressure. This will enable you to act with confidence and actively manage yourself even in challenging situations.

ZRM® puts you in touch with your inner resources and helps you act with clarity. You develop goals that truly fit you – and find ways to achieve them powerfully and coherently.

ZRM is an effective and attractive coaching tool, and not just for work. It is a self-management training that strengthens your own autonomy. It helps you to understand and positively change your own behavior. Goals are visualized by addressing the unconscious. Ms. Schindler designed the seminar in a varied way with exciting tasks. Little theory, lots of practice. The theory included the background to the training model. Great for me as a head person: everything was transparent, why we do what in the next step. What drives me and keeps me going? Do I follow my inner compass in my professional and private life or do I tend to navigate based on beliefs that are perhaps long outdated? The ZRM workshop with Katharina provided me with answers. The workshop resulted in a roadmap with very specific approaches that I can use to implement my motto goal. The roadmap includes things and situations from everyday life that challenge me, but that I can implement more easily and change my attitude towards. It also includes situations that are very challenging and require more patience and practice. In this respect, the workshop results have a high practical benefit for me; they can be implemented immediately. Katharina conveys the content of the CRM in a very structured way using lively examples. Her empathetic manner creates an atmosphere of trust. The CRM course has expanded my own toolbox as a coach and consultant, and I am happy to incorporate tools such as the affect balance into my consulting.
