Resilience is the ability to deal with stress, crisis, and change in a <strong>healthy, flexible, and self-directed<\/strong> way. It helps us stay focused in challenging times, gain clarity, set priorities, and take care of ourselves &#8211; without burning out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1205\">As a concept, resilience is closely related to <strong>positive psychology<\/strong> and the idea of <strong>salutogenesis<\/strong>: the focus is not on deficits, but on resources, meaning, development &#8211; and the question: How can I stay healthy and functional even in difficult times?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1375\">Or, as Robert Louis Stevenson said:<br data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1256\" \/><strong>\u201cLife is not about having good cards, but about living a good life with a bad hand.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Why resilience is so important nowadays<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"578\">Our world is fast-paced, complex, and often unpredictable. In this context, resilience is no longer an &#8220;additional skill&#8221; but a <strong>key resource<\/strong> &#8211; for people, teams and organizations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"606\">Resilience helps you:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"838\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"660\">to deal with stress and uncertainty more calmly<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"660\">to consciously manage your energy<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"660\">to remain capable of acting, even in conflicts<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"660\">to make clearer decisions<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"660\">to stay with yourself when things get tough on the outside<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1014\">Especially in responsible roles &#8211; whether at work or in private life &#8211; resilience becomes a supporting force.
